Returns

  • Products damaged by misuse, accidents, water, or unauthorized repairs
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Batteries, chargers, and electrical components once opened or installed
  • Customized or special-order products

Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos or videos showing the issue
  • A description of the problem

We will review the issue and may offer:

  • A replacement
  • Repair service
  • Store credit
  • Refund (if applicable)

Warranty does not cover:
