Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

We currently ship across Canada, including British Columbia and other provinces.

For shipping outside Canada, please contact us before placing an order.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • British Columbia: 1–5 business days
  • Other Canadian provinces: 3–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • Remote delivery locations
  • High shipping volumes

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

Large Items and E-Bikes

Electric bikes, electric scooters, and oversized products may require:

Order Tracking

Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect addresses entered during checkout.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  3. Include your order number and damage details

We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us. We will assist in opening a shipping investigation with the carrier.
